First Line Support Analyst (ftc SIX MONTHS)- |Bedfordshire
If you have current first line IT support experience coupled with a passion for customer service.
In this role you will be responsible for initial responses to all employees’ queries on the use of hardware (desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile phones, printers, copiers) and software (Microsoft Office, Windows 10, ERP, CRM).
Queries will come in via a ticketing system, e-mail or phone.
Your purpose will be to solve the employee queries as quickly as you can, being realistic about your own capabilities. Your colleagues will be on call to assist you with their technical expertise. Your can do attitude and excellent customer service is critical to the success of this role.
Ideally you will have experience in the following areas:
•A network environment with Windows 10
You will be hands-on with installation of new equipment and configuration of computers.
You will be involved in projects with the other team-members where appropriate and development will be mainly on the job.
This would be an excellent first role for a graduate IT student who is a confident user of software and hardware alike. You will need to have an excellent telephone manner and the ability to multitask and manage a very busy diary.
