Client Relationship Specialist (Back Office)  [13/04/2018]


Key Responsibilities:

The Client Relationship Specialist (Back Office) is responsible for supporting our client's clients, ensuring that the background screening of their candidates is carried out efficiently and accurately. Duties will include responding to enquiries from clients via email, updating clients on the progress of their orders. The ability to build effective working rapports with your team and clients, as well as communicate information accurately is essential to this role. You will also be able to offer advice to clients regarding the clients background checks most appropriate to their needs. You will also undertake any other responsibilities depending on the requirements of the business.

 

Day to Day This Person Will:

  • Analyse candidate screening forms being processed by our clients and ensure that screening forms adhere to client requirements.
  • Cross check candidate CVs and screening forms for discrepancies.
  • Provide administrative support to clients and the wider Client Service Team.
  • Set up new client accounts and manage their candidate checks.
  • Draft documentation.
  • Provide occasional backup support answering calls and emails from clients.
  • And any other responsibilities depending on the requirements of the business.

  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to record information quickly

  • Good typing speed
  • Fluent English spoken and written skills
  • Confident and professional phone manner
  • Customer service experience

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Foreign languages
  • Knowledge of administrative processes and procedures
